All items are shipped from Kimberley, BC, Canada via Canada Post. Orders are shipped within 2 business days (usually the next day!).

Shipping within Canada: 3-Season covers are shipped via Expedited Parcel (free shipping). Sun covers are shipped via Lettermail (free shipping, no tracking). Teething pads are be shipped via Lettermail ($1.80 per pair, no tracking). If you would like a faster shipping service please contact us!
Shipping to the USA: 3-Season covers are shipped via Tracked Packet (free shipping, 4-7 business days). Sun covers are shipped via Small Packet (free shipping, no tracking, 5-8 business days). Teething pads are shipped via Small Packet ($8 for 1 or 2 pairs, 3 pairs free!). If you would like a faster shipping service please contact us!
Shipping internationally: Flat rate $12 per item to the EU, New Zealand, Australia and Japan. We do not make money on the shipping and any overcharges will be reimbursed. All orders are shipped via Small Packet and do not include tracking. Delivery estimate: 6-10 business days. Returns and Exchanges
You may return items purchased on www.littlegoatcarriercovers.com within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund! Items must be in their original condition (unused and unwashed); we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged items. Little Goat Carrier Covers is not responsible for items that are not received so please use a shipping method that includes tracking. Please allow 3 business days to process the return once your package has been received.

Changed your mind about the colour? Just send us an email at email@example.com to confirm we have the new colour in stock and we’ll give you the return shipping address. Once we receive the item and confirm that it’s in its original condition (unused and unwashed) we’ll send you the new item, free of shipping charges! Items must be exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. Please allow 3 business days for processing prior to shipping.
Cancelling an Order
Contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped.
